This girl’s Giant BonusCard is getting a workout.
Guys, I have bad news.
I’m 16 points away from my free turkey at Giant, and I don’t know what to do.
I’m a mere 4-squared away from the 400 points I need on my BonusCard to get that priceless hunk of poultry. The deadline is Nov. 24.
Not that I really know how to cook a turkey anyway. I don’t really care for turkey much, either.
But heck, I love free stuff. This is America — Home of the free and land of the free food.
Plus, I can always take it home and have my mom cook it, right?
So here’s my dilemma: Do I let my big ball of tryptophan-laced goodness slip away? Or do leave work today to buy $16 worth of detergent, shampoo and other crap that doesn’t have an expiration date in order to claim my beast?
